Taking on Leadership Roles
It wasn’t long before I moved into leadership positions within the design firms I worked for. I learned how to inspire and motivate my team, as well as how to address challenges creatively and efficiently.
One key lesson I took away from my time at Chamber was the importance of building a cohesive team. As I began leading projects, I realized that good leadership was not just about making decisions; it was about empowering others and working collaboratively toward a common goal. This mindset has been instrumental in my success as I transitioned into executive roles.
