Group discussions (GDs) are commonly used in campus placements to evaluate candidates on their communication skills, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities. Here are strategies to help you stand out and succeed in GDs.
1. Stay Informed
Keep up with current events, industry trends, and global issues. GDs often revolve around topics related to the economy, technology, or social issues, and being well-informed will help you contribute meaningfully to the discussion.
2. Listen Actively
While it’s important to express your views, it’s equally important to listen to others. Active listening allows you to understand different perspectives and respond thoughtfully.
3. Be Clear and Concise
